Job Description: Manages new hires Onboarding (new joiner kit, document collection to be shared with C&B, buddy identification, Day-1 briefing). Focal point and manage end-to-end applications of work permit, professional visit pass and any related pass applications for foreign employees, visitor, student, etc. Processes overtime calculation and assists in providing accurate payroll input data every month to HRBP before submission of payroll input report to Compensation & Benefits team.
