Du unterstützt den Dir zugeordneten Geschäftsbereich bei der Vorbereitung und Erstellung von personalrelevanten Themen, indem Du den Fachbereich, die Manager und Mitarbeiter berätst, um zu tragfähigen Lösungen zu kommen. Diese Rolle ist auch mit reduzierter Wochenarbeitszeit und einem angepassten Aufgabenbereich möglich.
