About this role

Leading a team of frontline leaders, Drivers, Dockhands and operational employees, you'll be accountable for delivering exceptional service, driving operational performance and creating a strong safety culture across a fast-paced, high-volume freight operation. Working closely with Linehaul, Customer Service and Branch leadership, you'll ensure freight is moved safely, efficiently and cost-effectively while meeting customer expectations. What you'll be doing Lead the daily Pick Up & Delivery operation, ensuring safe, efficient and on-time collection and delivery of palletised freight. Drive performance across safety, DIFOT, productivity, fleet utilisation and operational cost.
