About this role
We are looking for an experienced operations professional who can help us build structure, improve internal processes, coordinate a small administrative team, and solve operational challenges as our organization continues to grow. This is a hands-on, office-based role focused on process improvement, team coordination, operational ownership, and supporting the transition into our new Belgrade office. Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate a small administration team (three administrative operations managers, three executive assistants to C-suite leadership).
