About this role

We're looking for an IT Systems Manager to own and evolve our internal SaaS ecosystem. This role focuses on managing business-critical SaaS platforms, building integrations between them, and automating internal workflows. We're looking for someone who enjoys designing scalable systems rather than simply maintaining them. Responsibilities: SaaS Operations Administer and maintain core business applications, including Google Workspace, Rippling, Microsoft 365, Slack, 1Password, Slite, Asana, and other internal SaaS platforms. Manage the full SaaS lifecycle, including user provisioning and deprovisioning, license management, usage audits, and budget optimization. Help to evaluate, test, and implement new SaaS solutions to support evolving business needs.…
