About this role
Own platform usage and adoption KPIs across assigned clients. Lead onboarding and training sessions for clients after platform access is granted. Run product demos and explain key Elevate features in a clear, client-friendly way. Help clients understand how to use Elevate for planning, analytics, reporting, and optimization workflows. Proactively introduce new platform features, dashboards, AI tools, and agents. Identify adoption gaps and create action plans to increase active platform usage. Collect client feedback and translate it into clear product and data recommendations. Partner closely with Product, Data, Client Services, AI Lab, and Support teams. Support Sales and Client Services teams with technical product expertise when needed.…
