About this role

Position Overview As the Business Talent Acquisition Specialist at the AI Robot Association (AIRoA), you will drive the recruitment of business professionals who support and accelerate our initiatives, including roles in strategy, communications/PR, HR, general affairs, and internal IT. Based on a solid understanding of AIRoA’s work in building a robot data ecosystem and developing foundation models for robots, you will own the end-to-end hiring process: headcount planning, direct sourcing, agency management, design and operation of the selection process, and offer design and closing.
