THE OPPORTUNITY Regulatory and compliance-driven change is the most demanding type of IT delivery: the obligations are externally fixed, the timelines are non-negotiable, and the legacy systems they must change are often poorly documented and highly interconnected. As a Systems Analyst on the EMEA Change Team, you are the person who makes that tractable — translating regulatory obligations into structured, precise requirements that architects and delivery teams can act on. You will own the analysis function across assigned programmes, working with compliance, legal, business, and technical stakeholders to produce requirements that are complete, unambiguous, and traceable back to the obligation that created them.…
