About this role

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? The Shift Lead Engineer will resonsible to supervise the operations of the unit by organizing the activity/workflow of the plant and making the interface with other teams (Industrial / Maintenance, SIO Center, Business Developer....) Support daily site activities for production and maintenance. Responsible during his duty on plant operations in terms of plant monitoring, start-up and shutdown. Ensure safety in normal and special maintenance tasks. Perform normal preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance (day-to-day). Contribute to site reliability through 24-hour troubleshooting. Perform equipment and facility rounds for safety, reliability and efficiency purposes.…
