About this role

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Guiar y acompañar las gestiones administrativas necesarias para consolidar y nutrir la calidad del servicio de la línea de negocios del area de operación telefonica , teniendo en cuenta el marco legal y los aspecto técnicos referentes al servicio, contribuyendo a la mejora de las condiciones de seguridad, de calidad y a la satisfacción del cliente, en colaboración y alineación con la Jefatura del Centro de Gestión. Acompañar y asegurar que todas las solicitudes de clientes se concreten en entregas. Guiar e impulsar la formación inicial y continua de los operadores, proporcionando el conocimiento, las habilidades y herramientas de trabajo correspondientes.
