The Baker reports to the Chef & Manager of Catering and Cabin Services and is responsible for leading and supervising the day-to-day activities of the retail/baking department. This role is additionally responsible for preparing all baked goods for the Air North flight kitchen and the Black Wolf Bistro.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare all aspects of the food production for the retail/baking production according to established standards
Bake and prepare a variety of products from scratch, including muffins, pastries, breakfast loaves, cakes and desserts for Air North flights, retail sales, and events…
