About this role
At AJW, delivering world-class service is at the heart of everything we do. We’re looking for a dedicated On-Site Representative – PBH to be the first point of contact for one of our valued customers. Based at their location, you’ll play a key role in managing and processing customer orders while ensuring we meet and exceed our contracted service level commitments. What you’ll be doing: Customer Requirements & Order Management Conduct Quantum Interrogation, market research, and IPC validation to support procurement. Perform technical and alternate PN research to identify suitable alternatives. Assess customer payment viability and negotiate cost-effective procurement.
