About this role
We’re looking for an experienced In-house Recruiter to join our Recruitment team on a 9-month fixed-term contract, to provide maternity cover. In this varied, hands-on role, you'll manage recruitment across a range of business functions, including Compliance, Risk, Finance, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Services, and Operations. Taking ownership of vacancies from briefing through to offer, you'll partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide market insight, and deliver effective attraction strategies that secure the best talent.…
