About this role
As a PRN mammography technologist you are required to produce diagnostic mammographic images for interpretation through administration of ionizing radiation in accordance with ACR and MQSA guidelines. You will prepare, document activities related to radiation exposure in accordance with federal and state laws, regulations, or lawful institutional policy. The position is held accountable for performing the correct mammographic exams and producing high quality diagnostic images, while maintaining proficiency and complying with Akumin’s policies and procedures. This role supports early detection of breast disease and provides an excellent patient experience. Specific duties include, but are not limited to: Perform screening and diagnostic mammography exams following established protocols.…
