About this role
At Alarm.com, we're looking for a Total Rewards leader who's equal parts strategist and executor — someone who gets energized by building programs that genuinely make a difference in people's lives at work.
As Senior Manager, Total Rewards, you'll own our compensation, benefits, and well-being strategy from the ground up. You'll sit at the intersection of HR, Finance, and business leadership, helping shape how we attract and keep great people. This isn't a role where you'll be maintaining the status quo — you'll be evolving it.
You'll be based at our headquarters in Tysons Corner, VA, and work closely with a collaborative, high-performing HR team that builds things together. Your work will touch every single employee at Alarm.com.
