Department/Unit: The Birth Place - Gyn Work Shift: Day (United States of America) Salary Range: $116,823.00 - $186,917.00 The Director coordinates, plans, directs, implements and manages the administrative, financial and operational responsibilities for the Birthplace, which includes Postpartum, Newborn Nursery, Antepartum, and Labor & Delivery. The Director is responsible for direct patient care and clinical operations for the Birthplace. They assure that competent, compassionate patient care is uniformly provided to patients in Maternity Services settings. The Director develops, implements, and evaluates policies, programs and services consistent with the hospital's mission and the department's vision and philosophy.…
