The Opportunity The Therapy Aide supports the assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and daily operations of therapeutic recreation programs. As a member of the Resident Care Team, this role contributes to the rehabilitation and overall well-being of residents, promoting independence and engagement at their highest possible level of functioning.
