About this role

The Opportunity The Recreation Manager is responsible for leading and delivering Recreation Services to residents within the facility. This role works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident-centred care plans and ensure recreation programming meets the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical needs of residents. What You Will Do Assess resident needs, preferences, and interests to support meaningful engagement in recreation programming. Design and oversee recreation programs that reflect individual and neighbourhood-level assessments.
