JOB PURPOSE Manage overall delivery of individual property developments & infrastructure projects, while ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, quality, HSE standards ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage project team and ensure project is completed as per the budget, schedule and quality standards and all contractual requirements are met Coordinate activities of contractors / PMC, monitor performance, hold periodic meetings and schedule periodic on-site visits to verify status Review, expand and refine initial high-level plan and budget developed by Project Control during feasibility phase and review against project schedule and budget Ensure project is progressing according to plan and generate progress reports with the support of Project Control Liaise with Procurement to ensure that all c…
