About this role

JOB PURPOSE •Manage the tendering process from RFP development till the appointment of the consultant / contractor. •Perform the contractor prequalification, completion of tender documents, bid evaluations & finalizing contract documents. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES §Manage and implement the tendering process from planning & prequalification until award, ensure it is implemented as per the procurement policy and procedures. §Review tender-related scope templates (consultants and contractors) and associated documentation to comply with latest Laws, regulations, Policy & Procedures, and liaise with Legal and Finance Departments. §Develop requalification of consultants, contractors and service providers and classifying them based on their expertise and other set criteria…
