DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (to include, but not limited to): As LCFT, you will own your site during your scheduled shift. This means you will be the first point of escalation for all CFTs/CFMTs on shift. You will review and establish the daily workflow; directing and delegating to the on-shift techs to ensure a safe, organized, productive, and responsive day. All while maintaining constant knowledge of site health, and re-prioritizing tasks as needed. Monitor building operations and virtually tour properties constantly during scheduled shift.…
