The Talent Acquisition Manager has oversight of all facets of recruiting and hiring in alignment with company’s values, culture and overall strategy as an employer of choice. This includes team supervision, employer branding, and the full-cycle recruitment process. All programs must be maintained and compliant with Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), state laws, and Allegiant’s policies and procedures.
