About this role

We are hiring an experienced Commercial HVAC Technical Support Specialist to provide advanced troubleshooting and product support to contractors, field technicians, and internal sales teams. We are specifically looking for someone with hands-on commercial HVAC service, controls, commissioning, or startup experience. The right candidate must understand how HVAC systems operate in the field and be able to diagnose equipment, wiring, controls, communication, and performance issues through phone, email, and remote support. This is not a general customer-service role. You will serve as a technical resource for contractors and technicians working with chillers, rooftop units, air-handling equipment, VAV systems, building automation controls, and related commercial HVAC products.…
