About this role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – Commercial Construction to lead large-scale commercial and multifamily construction projects throughout the Memphis area. This position is with a well-established general contractor and will oversee projects from preconstruction and planning through execution and final closeout. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for project financials, scheduling, subcontractor management, client relationships, and coordination with field leadership. The ideal candidate has a strong general contracting background and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex commercial or multifamily projects.
