Job Description WGL - Supervisor Field Operations Washington Gas has an immediate opening for an experienced utilities professional to supervise the daily activities within Field Operations. Schedule will be either 6:00 AM–2:00 PM or 10:00 AM–6:00 PM. Must be available for 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week emergency response and participation in on-call rotations You Will: • Supervises the daily work of assigned represented Washington Gas (WG) employees, as well as contractors involved in all aspects of the infrastructure maintenance processes. • Responsible for hiring, evaluating, training, performance management, compensating, motivating, coaching, and developing staff.…
