Summary
The Collections Agent is responsible for supporting accounts receivable collection activities through accurate account maintenance, customer communication, and timely follow-up on outstanding balances. This role serves as the first point of contact for customer inquiries related to invoices, payments, and account status while ensuring data accuracy and excellent customer service.
