Job Description: Analytical Mechanics Associates (AMA) is seeking to hire an experienced aerospace thermal engineer. The successful candidate will primarily support the Structural and Thermal Analysis (STSB) branch at NASA Langley Research Center in Hampton, VA by preparing and solving Thermal Desktop models, documenting the analysis, present/report findings, guide design, and manufacturing, and verify results using testing. Models may vary from Ground Support Equipment (GSE) or test fixturing to flight vehicles or satellites. The salary range for this position is $135,000-$195,000 commensurate with education and relevant professional experience. Required Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university is required.…
