About this role

Amazing Care Home Health is seeking a motivated, compassionate, and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager to support the continued growth of our Pediatric Private Duty Nursing (PDN) services throughout Central Texas. This is a unique opportunity for a nurse who enjoys both clinical leadership and direct patient care . The RN Case Manager will oversee pediatric cases across a large service area while partnering with families, clinicians, referral sources, and internal leadership to ensure exceptional patient outcomes and continued market growth. The assigned territory spans North to South from Hillsboro to Kyle and East to West from Bryan to Waco , providing an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact throughout the region.…
