We are looking for a strategic, creative Product Manager to own and scale the Instant Messaging (ex: WhatsApp) Marketing product in Brazil. You will partner with tech and product teams to define the marketing roadmap for those products, drive feature adoption, shape the customer experience, and grow Instant Messaging into one of our highest-performing engagement touchpoints. Additionally, you will provide strategic direction for our broader Outbound Marketing programs (Email and Push), ensuring a cohesive lifecycle approach across channels.
