About this role

In this role, you will design and develop learning experiences that directly support the growth and success of Amazon's global data center workforce. You will work backwards from the needs of our learners from Day 1 onboarding through career development to deliver thoughtful, effective, and engaging training solutions. This is a full-time (five day) office position. Key job responsibilities Partner with Instructional Designers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and Program Managers to translate learning designs into polished, production-ready media assets across multiple formats.
