Our Outbound (OB) Manager in a Sort Center is responsible for all budgetary, people development, and operational objectives. The Site Leader oversees all aspects of operations and functions at the site. Key responsibilities include managing and leading a team of sub-area managers, coaching and mentoring them to meet performance objectives, fostering positive employee relations, and developing leadership talent within the Sorting Center.
