Working Conditions: •Fixed night shift schedule (start time of 9PM but can change depending on business need). •Report daily to the Pasay office. •Minimum 1 year of working experience in Revenue Management Cycle (RCM) / Patient AR/ PFS role preferably in US healthcare •Knowledge of front-end (insurance verification, eligibility, prior authorization) and back-end operations (AR follow-up, claims management, billing).
