The Payments & Affordability team is seeking a data-driven and strategic Program Manager to own installments competitiveness across our marketplace. This role is critical to ensuring Amazon remains the preferred destination for customers seeking flexible payment options by benchmarking, tracking, and improving our installment offerings relative to market competitors. You will be responsible for monitoring key KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) across installment programs, identifying gaps versus competitors, and driving improvements in partnership with Retail and 3P teams.
