About this role

The Emerging Payments team is seeking a dynamic, organized, and results-driven Program Manager to own and scale the Seller Pays Installments (SPI) program. SPI enables 3P sellers to offer interest-free credit card installments to customers on enrolled ASINs, driving conversion and enhancing the customer value proposition. You will lead collaboration with 3P business teams and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions that grow program adoption and improve the seller and customer experience. You will be the face and voice of the SPI program, ensuring all stakeholders are aware of successes, risks, and program status. You will tailor your communications to specific audiences and communicate clearly and concisely to both business and technical stakeholders.…
