About this role
Amazon is looking to hire an experienced Transaction Manager to join the EU Real Estate team and play a critical role in driving the Italy Network expansion. This role will identify and secure sites for “First, Middle, and Last” mile logistics facilities to provide flexibility and optionality for the current launch plan for both growth for Amazon Operations and future-proofing the existing network. The candidate will also be responsible for the renewal of existing leasehold assets, involving strategic foresight on a 3–10-year period, providing real estate strategic advice to internal operational teams.…
