About this role
We are looking for a results-driven Reverse Logistics Manager to join the 3PL Control Tower. This role drives execution performance and cost reduction across the 3P fulfillment network by governing Customer Returns, Inventory losses and Liquidation flows, improving throughput, and eliminating defects through data-driven mechanisms. The Reverse Logistics Process Manager will own end-to-end process performance and productivity improvement plans across our 3P fulfillment centers in Brazil.
