About this role

AWS Experience Analytics (EXA) is seeking a Software Development Engineer to help build the tools and experiences that make customer data useful. EXA exists to understand how customers experience AWS and to turn that understanding into products and intelligence that teams across AWS can use. We are building a unified customer lifecycle data platform (Clara), customer experience measurement frameworks, segmentation systems, and AI-powered agents that make customer understanding available on demand. This role sits at the intersection of infrastructure and experience. You will contribute to the core data product builds — pipelines, APIs, data publishing — while also prototyping and building the agent interfaces and experiences that make these products accessible.…
