People Technology is the central hub for all Amazon people data. Our product and technology provides the foundation for a multitude of key human resource processes, from on-boarding of tens of thousands of temporary employees during peak holiday season, capturing tiem related events across an associate's day to day activities, to integrating critical employee data to internal and external systems.
