About this role

The JP Fulfillment Optimization (FO) team owns the levers that determine how efficiently customer orders are fulfilled across Japan's network. This role identifies the gaps that prevent ideal fulfillment and builds the products and programs that close them, improving cost-to-serve, delivery speed, and customer experience at scale. You will work at the intersection of data science, operations, and program management to diagnose where the network is leaving efficiency on the table and drive the initiatives that fix it. You will partner closely with SCOT, Supply Chain, Transportation, Retail, and Finance to translate diagnosis into measurable network improvement. This is a high-ownership role with direct impact on JP Stores' unit economics and long-range fulfillment strategy.…
