The Senior Program Manager for External Fulfillment in Mexico leads complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive the strategic growth and operational excellence of Amazon's seller-managed fulfillment programs, including Easy Ship, Seller Flex, and Self Ship. This role is responsible for end-to-end program delivery—from conception through implementation and continuous improvement—ensuring scalable solutions that enhance seller experience, expand Prime-eligible selection, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes across Mexico's third-party marketplace. Additionally, the SPM for EF MX will also look at scoping and driving productivity improvement initiatives internal to the EF team.…
