About this role

We're looking for a Program Manager to join the People Experience and Technology (PXT) team supporting Japan Corporate. This is a high-impact role at the center of how we deliver people strategy in one of Amazon's most dynamic markets. You'll partner directly with the PXT Director to drive rhythm of business, shape PXT strategy for JP Corp, and execute critical talent priorities. You'll also help the team embrace new ways of working — including leveraging AI and automation to make PXT more efficient and insight-driven. This role connects the dots across COEs, global PXT counterparts, and business stakeholders to deliver outcomes that matter.
