About this role

We are seeking a Strategy & Operations Lead to join the ProServe Business Strategy team. You will drive strategic planning, GTM execution, and partner strategy across the Generative AI Innovation Centre (GenAIIC) portfolio. You partner with Business Leaders, Geo Practice teams, Finance, Partner Development, and Central Strategy & Operations teams to deliver results at scale. Success means connecting long-range strategy to near-term execution: shaping portfolio direction, accelerating pipeline, scaling partner motions, and driving operational rigor through data and narrative.
