About the Role AmbaFlex is seeking an experienced Injection Molding Supervisor to lead daily injection molding operations and ensure the safe, efficient, and timely production of high-quality products. This role is responsible for coordinating people, materials, machines, molds, and production schedules while driving continuous improvement and maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards. The Injection Molding Supervisor reports directly to the Injection Mold & Maintenance Manager and serves as a key leader within the manufacturing team. Key Responsibilities Safety & Workplace Organization Promote and enforce safe work practices, PPE requirements, and LOTO procedures.
