Job Description ROLE OVERVIEW The Operator has overall responsibility for their respective machine and its numbers, including but not limited to uptime/downtime, product scrap, output, and efficiency through exercising good manufacturing practices and identifying areas of opportunity for continuous improvement, all while maintaining all safety standards and expectations relating to their job and machine. This person must always act within food safety and GMP guidelines.
