About this role
Job Description Provides continuous machine support by continuously monitoring primary and secondary equipment for uptime efficiency and equipment safety. -Understands MEEF impact to effectively communicate to Production Supervisor repetitive breakdowns. -Resolves ongoing machine related problems (full bowls, closing machine restarts, grinder jams and color changes, purge removal from nozzle leaks). -Performs beginner-level preventative maintenance tasks (repairing conveyor, material jam, cleaning filters). -Performs material changeovers (ie, color changes, additives, etc.) -Supply materials to the presses. -Machine Operators Level 2 are not authorized to perform start up after a set up. -Restarts Injection Machines for mold protects, intermediate troubleshooting skills.…
