Machine Operator

Job Description PURPOSE As a Machine Operator, you will remove product from the production line, inspect it to the customer’s specifications and pack into designated cartons. RESPONSIBILITIES Adheres to safety policies and procedures in compliance with company guidelines including wearing mandatory PPE in production areas. Review production orders and reports discrepancies of product specifications to line Foreman. Remove finished product from winders and places it on scales to verify weight. Band cartons/product to skid for shipment. Places identification labels on product or skids and keeps records or generates tally sheets as required, and complies with established packing plans and procedures.
