Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Observes production machinery and mechanical equipment in operation and troubleshoots to locate causes of trouble and repairs them. Strong level of troubleshooting ability. Dismantles machinery and mechanical equipment to remove defective parts; repairs or replaces the defective parts, using hand tools and power tools. Determines and orders appropriate materials and parts needed for service/repair of equipment and facility. Lubricates and cleans machinery and mechanical equipment. Wears all required personal protective equipment. Assures and participates in all plant safety/accident prevention policies. This includes maintaining a safe work environment and follows safe work practices. Maintains housekeeping of work areas.…
