Job Description Position: Group Leader Reports To: Production Supervisor The starting rate of pay for this position is expected to be $21.00 ; however, starting pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience between $21.00 and $25.00 hourly. Summary: The mission of the Group Leader is to help their team produce a quality product for our customers. To be able to communicate priority information from all areas of the plant to include daily numbers, safety topics, maintenance and quality issues.
