Job Description Specifications Range $22-$24hr depending on ex Job Summary: The Employment Navigator provides comprehensive case management, career coaching, job development, and employment placement services to justice-involved participants enrolled in the HiRE Program. This position works closely with local employers, educational institutions, and community partners to connect participants with employment, vocational training, and supportive services that lead to long-term career success. The Employment Navigator serves as a mentor, advocate, and resource while helping participants overcome barriers to employment and achieve sustainable self-sufficiency.
