Test Lab Supervisor

Summary The Test Lab Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Production Test Lab. In this role, you will work closely with the Engineers and manage a team of Test Lab Technicians. This role involves tracking cell batches, planning workloads, and ensuring technicians correctly execute the process steps from formation to final electrical test while maintaining a safe and organized lab environment in compliance with industry safety standards. The supervisor will also mentor team members and document that training to Standard Operating Procedures is followed.
